Yesterday during the AMA we presented a big batch of updates — both for Clients Mode and Agency Mode — plus new resources for you.
Here’s a quick recap of what’s now live 👇
🧑💼 Clients Mode Updates
• Custom AI Prompts – Add additional instructions to your AI agents to better reflect your client’s tone and voice.
• Bulk Reply to Past Google Reviews – With one click, reply to all past Google reviews that don’t have a response (rate-limited safely).
• AI Activity Section – A new area where clients can see the full history of tasks completed by AI agents.
• Video on Review Link – Embed a custom video on the review landing page to increase review conversion.
• Widget Review Filters – Choose which review platforms to display in widgets by filtering per source.
• Connect Google During Onboarding – Clients can now connect their GBP during onboarding (before logging in), so they enter the platform with sections already populated with Google data.
🏢 Agency Mode Update
• Free Trial Banner – Add a top banner for clients in free trial with a custom message and link (e.g., upgrade instructions).
📚 New Resources
• Automations Course – Step-by-step training on building automations for clients using Zapier, n8n, Pabbly, MAke (inside the Start Here course).
• Updated Knowledge Base + AI Chatbot – New unbranded articles and chatbot available at the knowledge base. Soon you’ll be able to embed the chatbot directly into your app with one click.
