Hi Climbers 👋

Today we released a big batch of improvements across Client Mode, Agency Mode and API, all shown during the AMA.

A lot of these come directly from your feedback to make the platform easier to use, more flexible for your offers, and better connected with your workflows.

Client Mode improvements

You can now reorder the review platforms on the review link so you can push the platform that matters most for your client first.

Video testimonials can be displayed directly inside widgets and we also added the Leave a Review button inside widgets to increase conversions from websites.

We added the ability to change a client login email without recreating the account, safely disconnect a website domain, and delete scheduled Google posts.

Google Sheets integration is in progress and will allow automatic contact syncing without external tools.

Agency Mode improvements

You can now customize platform colors, enable the AI chatbot for clients, and allows coupons on specific plans and also apply them to existing customers.

The new webhook builder lets you connect Climbo to any external system or automation flow directly from the platform.

API & integrations

We added new webhooks, new upcoming Zapier events, invite links returned in the “Get Client” response, and the ability to set a password when adding a client (skipping the onboarding password step).
