Family! I want to say to those who may feel shy or uncomfortable with posting their practice…I know the feeling all too well. lol. However, the best way to get feedback is to be comfortable out the uncomfortable and put yourself out there. So far only a couple of people have posted recordings of themselves. I would loveeeee to see more! Take care everyone.
