Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
1. Watch the intro video and introduce yourself in the intro post here 2. Start with The Foundation (free course). Concepts, folder architecture, prompting framework. Everything else builds on this. 3. Check in at the bottom of each lesson. Polls, discussion posts, other members working through the same stuff. Use them. 4. When you're ready to build real things, move to Implementation Playbooks (Level 2). When you're ready to build your own tools, Building Your Stack (Level 3). 5. Post your work. Ask questions. Help others when you can. What are you here to build?

🚨 You've been asking when the Lyceum opens. The waitlist is live. 🚨
The waitlist is up and seats are limited, so this is your nudge to go lock yours in. 👇 New here? Quick context. 👀 The Lyceum is Jake's live cohort program built on ICM, the methodology 35,000 people in this community are already using to get real results with AI. The short version: folders over agents. You learn the layer underneath the tools, the one that keeps working when the next model drops. Full breakdown is on the site. Here's what's inside: 🎯 Three cohorts, Technical, Business, and Creator. Same methodology, built around what you actually do. 🎥 Live sessions with Jake and a full team of instructors. ♾️ Lifetime recordings, written curriculum, and a private cohort Discord. 📜 An Eduba ICM certification you can put on your resume. And a guarantee no course makes: ✅ You leave with a working product, or the team finishes it with you. ⏳ Seats are limited and this community moves fast, so the math is not in your favor if you wait. 💡 Pricing and start dates aren't public yet. The waitlist sees them first, gives feedback on timing, and gets in before the program opens. Everything you want to know is on the page. If you already know this is for you, get on it. 🔥 👉 https://lyceum.eduba.io

ATTENTION: Due to the bot attack...
We have been left with no other choice but to temporarily set the DM's to LEVEL 5. If you need further assistance you can always DM one of the admins. Thank you for your patience in this matter
Stop feeding raw documents to your LLM
Every time you drop a PDF or Word doc into a model, you pay tokens for formatting it never reasons over. Layout, styling, table scaffolding. None of it earns its place in the context window. So I built to-md. It turns .pdf, .docx, .pptx and .xlsx into Markdown, and writes two files: a faithful one, and a lean one stripped to the minimal text. The lean file is the one you paste in. One engine, three ways in: a command line tool, a Finder right-click action (Adds the path of the lean file to your clipboard too), and a Claude Code skill that fires the moment you hand it a document. The principle underneath it: the model should only read what it has to think about. The rest is waste you are paying for. Pre-process the document. Then prompt. //A<3
I need clients, not more theory...
I can build the work. I do not know how to get the clients. I need blunt help with the part I do not know how to do yet: getting paid clients. I already have real offers and proof of work. PuenteWorks is my services side: helping owner-led businesses with repeated work, intake, launch support, proposal/follow-up systems, AI workflow readiness, and practical operating handoffs. KyaniteLabs is my technical/software side: implementation help for getting public AI tools, repos, MCP servers, media pipelines, diagnostics, dev tools, custom software or websites. The problem is not “can I do the work?” It's that I don't have a strong warm network, and the people I do know mostly are not AI buyers, do not care about this category, or are not realistic client leads. So I need help with the real traction/motion. If you were trying to get the first few paid clients for either of these offers, from a weak-network starting point, what would you actually do? I am looking for practical answers like: - where would you look for buyers? - what communities, platforms, or local channels would you test first? - what would you say in the first message? - would you lead with a low-ticket setup call, a paid audit, a scoped implementation , or something else? - what proof would you put in front of people first? - how would you ask for referrals without having a strong network? - what would you do in the next 7 days if revenue mattered now? I am not asking for motivation, “just post more,” or “pick one thing and focus.” I understand why that advice exists, but that is not the question I am asking here. I have multiple offers because I can actually do those kinds of work to a level I am proud to put under my name. I would not be publicizing them otherwise. What I need help with is not permission to narrow. It is how to get paid conversations for the work I can already do. If you have sold consulting, software services, implementation help, AI workflow work, technical services, or anything similar from a cold or weak-network start, I would really appreciate the practical version.
