Using Free Pilot Projects to Build an AI Automation Business

Hi everyone,

I’m testing a different approach to getting my first clients.

Instead of pitching services right away, I’m offering to help businesses at no cost in exchange for learning about their operations. I spend time understanding their workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and finding tasks that could be automated or streamlined with AI.

Once I understand their needs, I build a customized solution and track the results. My goal is to create real world success stories, refine my process, and develop a repeatable system that can be adapted for similar businesses in the future.
