POLL: What is the actual bottleneck in your workspace now?
Nobody's stuck because the model can't code anymore [that's an issue of the past]. We are in a different era now - where people actually get stuck has moved somewhere else in the chain.
A lot of us have been talking in here about our current solutions to the problems we are facing [which is great!], and from my perspective it feels like we're all circling around the same kind of problems.
Curious where it actually bites for people: scoping the workflow properly before any of it gets built, wiring the build itself, or keeping the system from drifting once it's live and nobody's watching it closely. Or something else entirely.
If it's MULTIPLE options [like myself] - select the #1 issue and comment below the main problems you are wrestling between.
Let's make this post a place to solve the issues and share solutions 🔥🔥
Scoping - the time it takes to map the workflow
Scoping - the know-how of method / process to map the workflow
Building - actually writing and wiring the system
Maintaining - keeping the folder structure in check from drifting once it's live
Maintaining - keeping the context + decision brain + SOT markdowns up to date
Verification + Taste - the deterministic / LLM step deciding whether [X] is approved
Sprawl - the system is building up and getting out of control, leading to confusion
Focus - Knowing what and when to build certain things [general project decision making]
