Need Advise from the community

I am currently working on a project - Implementing Ai on a new company who just started- they want to become "AI first" ---> so I am trying for the past weeks to think of a system where I can create for them a structure where File engenering, Visual StudioCode, Claude code, obsidian -> Foundation of their AI FISRT COMPANY ---> but everything need to be Own by the company not an employee which mean created a workspace.ai on a server. I am sorry if i am not explaining correctly my thoughts. Feel free to comment and also Thanks From Clief Notes community
