3 months....in 3 months I went from being an HR Business Partner trying to learn ICM, to now leading AI Strategy & Transformation for our HR team. Some of you may have seen my previous post about automating my first workflow and creating a plugin that can be used by other HR teams that I posted in April. Today, I have multiple ICM agents that run my AI prioritization, governance, and prototyping framework.
