Finding clients?
I’m having a tough time finding clients. I think I need to niche down so I’m not just telling people that I teach business owners how to use AI. Instead I should say I teach business owners of plumbing companies or accounting firms or some other niche. But I don’t have specialized expertise in a particular niche. I’ve worked for 25 years with enterprise clients/fortune 500. And it’s really tough to tell what AI solutions are really selling to what customer. Any help is appreciated.
