A little bit about me
Hello everyone,
I’m Michael from Switzerland and I speak German, so please excuse my English. I joined this group to learn how to use AI and set up an ICM system, but right now I don’t have the energy for it.
I suffer from anxiety, depression, and migraines, and I have a wife and two very young children. My greatest wish is to help people with technology and to feel useful again. Most days I feel overwhelmed: I’ve started way too many projects, and my perfectionism, combined with severe self-doubt, blocks every decision.
Here’s what I’ve managed to do over the last few days:
- I wrote a 30-day decision memo: one agent, no sub-agents, pay-as-you-go with a monthly limit, no comparisons or rebuilding until December 4.
- I found an offline speech-to-text solution in German that even works when I whisper (MolyEcho), and I sent the developer an email with a feature request.
It's not perfect, and part of me feels like I've failed, even though I tested it myself and it works. I notice I keep needing someone else to confirm that.
My question: How do you get started with ICM when you have very little energy? What would be the smallest first step you’d take?
Thanks for reading.
