One of the things I really love is having a great conversation! Either in a group, or one to one, it's always been a way of communicating I enjoy. You develop connections, understandings, and learnings when you really listen to what someone is saying. And I mean listen to understand, not simply to respond. I started 'Conversations with Cate' and am loving sharing the knowledge, experience and stories of the guests who come to 'have a cuppa' with us!
