Hello everyone... I am Heidi and I just moved back to the beautiful Hudson Valley in upstate New York. I do not know the story behind my first name, but my middle name was my grandmother's name: Winifred! I used to be a die hard coffee drinker until I realized it was giving me an afternoon brain fog! I still have it occasionally, making sure I eat something first but my morning beverage of choice now is a spiced tea which I love! (this coming from a non tea drinker) Favorite movie is too hard, but I do love romcom's and adventure comedies! I have been on Skool for 3 years! And just lost my flame for the first time in over 2.5 years! yikes What brought me to Clearwater... Cate and the description of her wookbook!

Many decades ago I was a part of a community that formed on the Visitor's Book (VB) of the Irish dance show Lord of the Dance (LOTD). And a regular post that started to appear daily was by a woman who became a close and dear friend, Babz. She called it the 'Daily Phil' - for her daily philosophy. It was either a motivational or thought-provoking, or sometimes humourous quote that we all began to look forward to each day. I want to introduce this here in the Village, and have a Category tag for just this!
