Vision to Reality
Clearly identifying your dream through a vision and then goals is paramount for a superior level of success in your life. You can’t expect anything to happen without doing the work necessary to achieve it. Write out what you want out of your life. Then write out the things you believe you need to have done in order to accomplish this dream. Once you have done so, visualize your life as you want it to become. Tell yourself you are worthy. Be this person. Live as he/she would. Write your goals as they pertain to achieving this dream, then act on them everyday. It’s the daily step by step that gets you there. Doing the small things, checking off the list for the day! Let’s think BIG and make it happen! -Easton Dutkiewicz

Take an honest look
Take a look at yourself in the mirror but this time really look. What do you see? If you see a savage, a leader, a father, a grateful man/woman. Then you are going to be more positive and have self- belief. But if you see a fat, ugly, lazy, unkept man/woman. Then you might want to start being real with yourself and take actions that will bring you to a better path. Self reflection isn’t just something in the mirror, it’s internal. Those thoughts you have that make you sad, angry, anxious, doubtful, obedient, and lazy or comfortable. Thats called the “downer”. The other voice is your “Higher Self”. There’s one way to go and that’s up. The reason you feel all these deep emotions is because you haven’t taken the actions associated with them to become a better version of yourself. There’s always something else you need to do. Most powerful tactic in life is self reflection and taking the action necessary to become better after. No one is going to save you from your thoughts but you. You have it in you to be better.

Push Past Failure
Pushing past our failures will make us better men and women in the long run. Yes you can fail and get back up. Yes failures suck at a young age. Though if you quit, you then don’t receive the benefits of that failure. Yes there is benefits from failure. You just learn from them and learn to push through it. Accept the humility and become stronger. Yes you become stronger from failures. Only if we move forward and stay committed. What failure did it take for you to learn this?

When it’s kicking in
Once you start feeling the results is when you know you aren’t going to stop. It’s the beginning of that routine becoming a habit. Self Belief kicking in. Grit gained. Discipline amped. Consistency now. Momentum built. Never quit.

WHO are you?
Who not What The question we are all asked from grade school is what we want to do? This question has a major disconnect and isn’t discovered until much later in our adult life. What we should first find out at a young age is WHO we want to be! Not what we want to do. WHO are you? What makes you WHO you are? What are your morals and standards? What makes up your existence? What kind of man/woman are you trying to be? A leader? A person of faith? A lighthouse for others to come to for help? This is the kind of questions we should ask ourselves way before we ever find WHAT. If you don’t know WHO you are, then how can anything you do matter. - Easton Dutkiewicz
