Self Trust Quest #6
Hi, boos! Welcome to week three of our Self Trust Sprint✨ This week, we’re working with The Hierophant. The Hierophant represents teachings, traditions, belief systems, and the people or institutions we’ve learned to see as authorities. Sometimes the voice we mistake for self-doubt isn’t actually ours. It may be an old rule we learned from our family, culture, religion, school, relationships, or the world around us. So, your Self Trust Quest this week is to notice whenever you use the word “should.” I should be doing more. I should keep everyone happy. I should already know what I’m doing. I should make the sensible choice. When you catch one, pause and ask: Who taught me that? Then ask yourself whether that belief still feels true for you today. You don’t have to rebel against every rule or figure it all out immediately. We’re simply becoming curious about which beliefs genuinely belong to us and which ones we’ve been carrying without realizing it. I added this week’s video inside the classroom. After you watch it, come back and share: What is one “should” you’re beginning to question?🔑💗

Self Trust Quest #5: What Would Help You Feel Protected?🛡️
Hi, boos! Welcome to week two of our Self Trust Sprint✨ This week, we’re working with The Emperor. The Emperor represents structure, protection, leadership, and healthy authority. And this brings us to a side of self trust we may not think about very often. Self trust isn’t only about hearing your inner voice. It’s also about showing yourself that you’ll protect what you hear. So, your quest this week is to choose one small boundary or structure that would help you feel safer and more supported. Ask yourself: What structure would help me feel safer and more supported right now? Maybe you need to stop answering texts after a certain time. Maybe you want to give yourself ten minutes before agreeing to something. Maybe one part of your morning needs to belong only to you. It doesn’t need to be a dramatic boundary. We’re simply practicing becoming someone our sensitive selves can rely on. I added this week’s video inside the classroom. After you watch it, come back and tell me: What is one small boundary you want to practice this week? 🛡️💗

Self-Trust Quest: What Do You Already Know?🧐
Hi boos✨ Life has been very full over here lately, and , I’ve had to remind myself of this practice too. Sometimes we think self-trust is supposed to appear during the enormous, life-changing decisions. Should I stay? Should I leave? Am I making the right choice? Etc lol But I think it’s actually built through much smaller moments. “Like, what do I want to eat today?” “Do I want to answer this message now or later?” “Which option feels better to me, before I ask everyone else what they think?” So here is your little Self-Trust Quest for the next few days: Before you ask a friend, pull another tarot card, or open ChatGPT (yes, I called us both out 😂), pause and ask: What do I already know? You can still ask for another perspective afterward. The point is simply to let your own voice answer first. I shared more about this in my newest YouTube video, Stop Trying So Hard to Trust Yourself. I’m adding it here in case you want to check it out. And now I’m curious. What is one small decision you can let yourself make today without asking anyone else first? Tell me in the comments💗
✨Quest #2 is up!
I’m really curious what comes up for you with this one. Here is the link: https://www.skool.com/claudinemediumship/classroom/30f5cda8?md=ddbfc54751ae43f485e34736296ebda9 After you’ve completed it, come back and share one thing you discovered about yourself. It doesn’t have to be anything big. Sometimes the smallest realizations end up changing the most. I can’t wait to hear what you uncover💛
