💕 The Lovers Self-Trust Quest is live!
I’m so sorry I didn’t get a video recorded for this one yet, but I also didn’t want that to stop our momentum. Sometimes we just have to get the thing out there and do it together😂
I’m really excited about this one.
Nothing fancy is needed. Grab a Post-it, scrap of paper, little notebook page, whatever you have nearby.
Each day, we’re writing just ONE little note to our ideal partner about a quality we appreciate in them. This person could already be in your life, or maybe you haven’t met them yet.
We’re not trying to come up with all seven today. Just one thought each day, then put it away.
By the end of the week, we’ll have seven little notes with seven qualities we really admire in another person.
And then… we’re going to do something with them. 👀
