Tamiya 1/20 Jordan 191
Here’s a project I just finished (well, sort of). The famous Jordan 191 driven by Michael Schumacher. It took me almost a year of work to finish this with many self-designed custom parts printed in resin including rotors with AP racing brakes, rear wing support, driver’s seat and some additional parts in the cockpit and the engine. I am planning to make it a full diorama - I am going to add mechanic figures, some garage tools, walls and led lights.

Welcome to Gold Medal Models!
I wanted to start a community that went above and beyond the typical Patreon offerings (nothing against them) that most Youtube channels have, and provide a space for community, live discussion, and resources for learning. When you join, I'd love if you made a post introducing yourself, who you are, and either what model you're currently working on or what you really want to work on next. If you go under the "classroom" tab, you'll see where you can access all of my free STL files - more of which are being added all of the time. Soon, you'll see resources for learning techniques, full builds, and even live group sessions coming up on the calendar. Let's make GMM the best modeling community on the internet.
Few of my favourites reshot with a Nikon D200
Testing out my new-to-me Nikon D200, so I decided to reshoot a few of my recent builds properly with a black background. I’m honestly really happy with how these came out. Despite being on the older side of DSLRs, the look gives the models a realistic look, and I especially like how it captures the weathering. Can’t wait to start photographing proper dioramas with this setup once I get around to building some scenes. For now, here are a few of my recent and favourite scale model builds: F-16CJ Block 50 - Tamiya 1/72 F-14D Tomcat - Academy 1/72 Seafire Mk.XVII - Airfix 1/48 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO GSR - Hasegawa 1/24 Which one looks best with the new camera setup?
