✨ The Real Vision Behind This Community ✨
Before we step into Monday’s changes, I want to share something deeper — especially for those who are newer here.
This community was never meant to be a one-woman show.
It was never meant to revolve around me.
From the beginning, the vision was bigger than patterns… bigger than courses… bigger than rankings.
The vision was to build a place of opportunity.
A place where:
• Beginners can grow without shame
• Experienced knitters can lead
• Creative skills are recognized and celebrated
• Members are seen, appreciated, and valued
• Leadership rises from within
• And no one has to learn alone
This community is powerful not because I teach.
It’s powerful because of the people inside it.
The encouragers.
The sharers.
The mentors.
The consistent contributors.
The quiet supporters.
I never intended to be at the center.
I intended to build a circle.
A place where:
Growth is normal.
Leadership is nurtured.
Skills are sharpened.
Confidence expands.
And opportunities open.
Monday’s restructuring is part of strengthening that vision.
It allows us to:
• Create clearer pathways for growth
• Recognize contribution and leadership
• Expand learning opportunities
• And build something sustainable long term
This is not just a knitting group.
This is a circular machine knitting family.
And families grow stronger when everyone has a place.
