Teddy Bear Making Class
I am thinking of doing a bear making class for you all this week. I’m thinking of Tuesday or Thursday afternoons. Or maybe both if we don’t finish in 90 minutes.
Please let me know if you are interested and I’ll prepare the lessons.
Teddy Bear Requirements
You will need:
48 or 46 circular knitting machine
22 circular knitting machine
# 4 yarn: 2 x 100g balls of main color & 100g ball of contrasting color.
Polyester stuffing of your choice
15 mm Safety eyes and 20 mm safety nose or you can use buttons
Scissors
Measuring Tape
Stitch markers or pins
Needle for casting off and sewing on parts
You should be familiar with using your knitting machine. You will need to know how to cast on and off without waste yarn and use basic sewing skills
Moderate tension but this will depend on the chosen yarns.
