Crank issues

So my sentro 22 has a crank issue I took it apart to see what could be going on and the handle gear part seems to be chipping off some on the track. If that names sense.. Is there anyway to smooth it so it’ll crank smoothly or where I can get another replacement at for it? It’s new so it was lubed up just the handle gear is messing up. Thanks for any help in advance!
