I'm wrapping up my 52 Churches in 52 Weeks tour and have developed a Secret Church Shopper Checklist with 160 specific questions. The result is a pretty comprehensive report.

I'm exploring the idea of also offering a "done for you" audit service by hiring locals who use my system and I analyze everything for accuracy.

Has anyone had experience with church audits or mystery visitor services? I'm having trouble finding good information online, particularly around pricing. I want to make sure I position this service appropriately, so any insight into what churches are currently paying for this kind of audit would be really helpful.
