Well, I finally did it. I sat down and wrote my top 7 goals. I already keep some of them, but am working hard on others. I’m hopeful that this will help me set up a regular routine to maintain.

Hi, Ladies! I'm working this weekend on posting the 6 step Vision to Decision Framework in the Classroom. Each module will provide an opportunity for you to share a small action item for that step so I've created this new Community Category, "𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 📣" for those comments. I will pin a post at the bottom of each module where you can immediately take action on that day's prompt. (Speed to execution!) 🏎️ This framework is a process that you can apply daily and/or weekly to each new idea or dream that you want to transform into an actionable, achievable goal. I realize it can feel vulnerable to share your goals and action items publicly, but that is kind of the point... We are being transparent and vulnerable with each other here for 𝒶𝒸𝒸𝑜𝓊𝓃𝓉𝒶𝒷𝒾𝓁𝒾𝓉𝓎 and 𝑒𝓃𝒸𝑜𝓊𝓇𝒶𝑔𝑒𝓂𝑒𝓃𝓉. 𝑷𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔!

After sharing the humble beginnings of this Goal Getting journey, I feel like now is when the rubber truly meets the road. This is where we establish traction and momentum - daily habits and practices that are actionable, practical, and measurable. This is where we experience true personal transformation, because we're not just doing more - we are becoming more. We are learning, growing, and strengthening ourselves for our achievements. None of us are here for self-serving reasons. We are here because we are God-fearing, God-serving, love-giving women of faith. 🙏🏼 Because of that, we are boldly moving forward without guilt, hesitation, or reservation. We know in our hearts that our bottom line is pleasing the Lord and carrying out the divine destiny He has prepared for each of us - and we will not listen when the enemy tries to whisper that we are being greedy or selfish. Every good and perfect gift comes from God, and we will spend the few short years we have on this planet "going about and doing good," just as Jesus did as our example, empowered by the Holy Spirit. There are two things I want to touch on as we move forward: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭: 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧! I live in Tulsa, OK, and I'm a member of the Online Campus of Faith Church, pastored by David and Nicole Crank. (You'd be amazed at how many online members there are all over the country!) We continue to meet each week, as you can see from the weekly replays posted in the Classroom. The Goal Getters Online Connect Group is part of the Connect Groups ministry of Faith Church in St. Louis, Missouri and West Palm Beach, Florida. As I shared previously, each week we work our way through the book Goal Getters by Nicole Crank. Sometimes we'll spend two to four weeks discussing a single chapter - and that's perfectly fine! The principles and action items in the book are a repeatable process that can be continually applied to your goals as you achieve them and create new ones.

Alright, friends - here's the rest of the story! ☀️ After I went through Goal Getters on my own, my daughter Melanie - who is an associate pastor at Faith Church in St. Louis - decided to launch a virtual Zoom group for people to study the book together. This was 2021, and I jumped in eagerly. (I also helped out with a little group admin on the side - because of course I did. 😄) After that first year, Melanie passed the baton of leadership to me and my friend Shanel. We led together for a couple of years until Shanel's other commitments needed her full attention, and I kept it going on my own from there. Over five-plus years of weekly meetings, something beautiful just kept unfolding. New women found the group. Women who had been sitting on the same dream for years started writing their goals down, praying over them, and actually following through. I watched it happen over and over again - that quiet reignition of something they thought had passed them by. And I kept experiencing it right alongside them. Every new season brought new goals, and the principles just kept working. So here's where I land - and I want to be clear about this: ➡️ I am not a life coach. I'm not a business coach. I'm not any kind of coach, actually! What I am is a woman who knows what it feels like to carry a God-given dream, lose a little steam, and then find her way back to it. And I know I'm not the only one. Here's what I've noticed about women like us: we pray. We dig into Scripture. We journal. We read the books and watch our favorite mentors on YouTube. We build vision boards, write out our goals, find the communities and newsletters that keep us inspired. We are doing the work - because we're motivated by something deeper than ambition. We want to please God, make an impact, and live the life He actually had in mind for us. What's often missing isn't effort or desire. It's a safe place to do all of it together. 👯‍♀️ That's exactly why I created Christian Gals with Goals. 🌸
