Need a little Reiki?
Hey everyone!
Did you know I host a distance Reiki "circle" on Tuesdays 8 am EST?
There's no need to log-in to anything. You are just "energetically" present during the session.
If this feels a little strange, think of it basically as a prayer sit, and use it as an opportunity for meditation or contemplative prayer. (At the hospice center I volunteer for we call Reiki "the prayer we do."
You can find a link to my Reiki classroom below where you can access a playlist and preparation instructions, as well as send me any prayer intentions. I write them down and I also gather prayer cards and photos around me. You can send me them, too!
Please know, I always show up. Every Tuesday at 8 am. for 20 minutes or longer. This practice is important to me and has given me much to be grateful for. So sit with me. Or practice the concentric breathing I just gave you. And if you can't join, just lay a hand on your heart and register your prayerful intention.
