Today we’re focusing on arm waves 🌊
Take your time to really break down the movement and feel each part of the wave traveling smoothly from one joint to the next (shoulder → elbow → wrist → fingers, and back).
Key points to focus on:
Keep your shoulders relaxed
Move one joint at a time (don’t rush the wave)
Think smooth and continuous, not stiff
Practice both slow and controlled, then slightly faster
