N244 and Court date

Hi Guys, I have received a court date for 31st Dec at my local County court. Unfortunately i initially sent all my documents to the Nottingham. When i learned that this was futile I sent in a N244 form, this was the end of July and i didnt hear anything back. Now i have received the court date at my local court but it does not mention my N244 and i have had no reply to it at all. Can i resend it now to my local court and will it be in time as i have to send in my court bundle for 22nd Oct which is in 9 days. 😖
