Only 8 days .... EIGHT DAYS .... after going to Court and having 2 ....TWO .... CCJs set aside, they have been removed .... REMOVED .... from the Credit File!! 🤗🤗🤗
NO, AS IN ZERO, CCJs ON FILE!! GONE, GONE, GONE😁
What I haven't told you is that I've been doing this for my daughter 🤗
After a particularly horrible divorce, and as part of the divorce agreement, as it was not financially viable to sell the house (lack of equity) it was agreed that the joint mortgage become a mortgage in my daughters name only.
She applied to do this on the very day that her divorce absolute was confirmed (mid April 25) and that's how we found out about the CCJs when her mortgage application was refused.
New mortgage application has been sent this afternoon, so 🤞
Here's to finally being able to change the locks on the doors and get that sack of 💩 out of my daughters life for good.
