Has anyone come across Fulmar Services? Acting on behalf of Pozitive Energy?
We have received a letter from them today that unless we pay in full or agree a payment plan within 5 days of the letter, (Thursday 05/02/2026.) We received the letter today. Unfortunately it doesn't say 5 working days. So we have to get a letter to them by tomorrow?! they will ask a court for a warrant of entry according to Section 2 of the Rights of Entry (Gas and Electricity Boards) Act 1954 (as amended). This will give us the right to enter your property by force if necessary to disconnect your supply.......
i am just preparing the SAR 1. but this will not reach them until 11th at the earliest?
