As part of the request you submitted, we received a photo of your passport and part of a drivers’ licence, however both forms of ID were obstructed or unclear to a point where we could not clearly confirm your identity. To prevent against the unlawful disclosure of information, we require full, clear images of your identification, without any redactions.
In order to comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018, we are unable to consider your request until we are provided with two clear forms of identity. These can be copies of a driving licence, marriage/civil partnership certificate, birth certificate, bank statements or utility bills which should be dated within the last 3 months.
