County Court this morning with 2 x N244's
BOTH SET ASIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RESULT!!!!!!!
Judge accepted that we had no knowledge of either CCJ.
Despite BWLegal sending a representative, we were already in with the Judge and they arrived late. Usher knocked to tell the Judge they had turned up (approx 10 mins late) and he said I've already ruled so no admittance 😁 he said their paperwork did not make clear what it was all about and he had no idea either. We've done our SAR's and will file our defence for future hearing when we've had info requested.
Second one was Parking Eye, Judge already knew no one turning up for them, BUT they'd sent something to court saying they'd filed correctly blah blah blah .... Judge asked have you had a copy ... we hadn't ..... (they did us a favour doing this as it further established what we maintained that we had seen nothing at all about this CCJ). Again we've done our SAR's and will file our defence for future hearing etc.
Can't explain what a relief this is and what a positive knock on effect it will have in so many ways!!
