Today I did brain spotting for the first time and it was centered around my loneliness, which felt like a 7-8 before the activity, and felt like a 1-2 afterwards. Have you ever done something like EMDR or brain spotting?
Is financial/economic/work stress causing you to overeat? It was for me. I’ve stayed stuck at the 230-240 range for a while now. I saw a nutritionist today and I’m going to try intermittent fasting by skipping dinner. A snack at 3 p.m. is the latest I can eat. How’s your diet going lately? Are you following any certain diet?
