I’m so excited to welcome you into this sacred space! Chair Girlies United isn’t just a dance group—it’s a sanctuary for self-expression, healing, and embodied confidence.

Starting September 1st! This round, we’re turning inward and tuning up with The Velvet Flush, a juicy 15 day detox designed to support our liver and kidneys, the body’s ultimate filter queens.

✨ Why the liver + kidneys?

These powerful organs keep us glowing from the inside out. They process everything we eat, feel, and even think. When they’re overloaded, we feel it: fatigue, mood swings, brain fog, inflammation, and dullness in the skin. But when we give them some love? Baby, the energy flows, the body releases, and the glow-up becomes undeniable.

This is a safe space—ask questions, share how you feel, express what’s coming up for you. Detoxing is emotional and energetic too. You’re not doing this alone. We’re dancing through it together, in full support of each other’s highest self.
