I’ve been held up today creating a beautiful space in the Adelaide hills setting up a geo dome to hold sessions. Unfortunately I’m going to need to postpone tonight’s class as won’t be back and settled in time.
if you were planning on showing up for the class, awesome! Take the time to drop into your breath and practice. Use one of the practices within the 30 day program if needed.
