The social media course HAS been complete & I'm working on the funding agency playbook now which is going to be a part of a larger course is launching April 15th.
But I just dropped a piece in the Social Media course around my Longform Content Repurposing strategy. I want you guys to take note, and learn how I'm doing this. Because it will give you 5x the juice when recording YouTube videos.
I am learning as I go, and want to encourage you guys to continue to grow with me. I will be dropping the introductory pieces to the Agency stuff throughout the rest of this week. Your agency (if that's the current play for you), should focus on 4 specific types of services as mentioned in the course.
We talk about client profiles to look into, the types of offers (including retainer fees), technical setups for CRM/Website, and how to handle the entire sales process with Scripts & SOPs I use personally.
