JUST WRAPPED ANOTHER WORKSHOP and this one got spicy.
(premium member) called in from JERUSALEM (yes, really) and dropped this bomb: he got quoted $500K to build his tax planning software 6 months ago.
He's now 8 DAYS into Claude Code and already on phase 7 of 10. Self-built. The whole thing.
This is the shift nobody's ready for.
A few gems we hit:
THE COURSE INDUSTRY IS COOKED if you're not shipping software with your curriculum. Courses sell the promise, software delivers it. That gap is where churn lives.
I walked through my actual website build flow — Google Stitch → Claude Code → Railway deploy — and showed how I turn every long form YouTube video into an SEO-enriched blog post automatically.
GEO (generative engine optimization) is the new SEO and most of you are sleeping on it.
also put me onto Claude MANAGED AGENTS on platform.claude.com — might be the Zapier killer. We're testing it this week.
