February Win 🚀
One win from February was increasing our average order value by over $60 (almost a 20% increase) compared to where we were in December for new clients.
A couple things that helped:
• Spending more time studying the local market and realizing we were slightly undercharging
• Improving how we communicate the value of the service during sales calls
• Focusing more on higher-value jobs like deep cleans and move-out cleans
Nothing crazy, but small adjustments in pricing confidence and positioning made a big difference.
One thing I realized this month: leads are important, but increasing the value of each job can make a huge difference. 💪🏾
