Hi there everyone, I am a physical therapist from El Paso Tx forming a Cash Pay / Insurance based model w/ BCBS & UH with in the Dallas Metroplex focusing on Plano-Frisco-McKinney region.
My practice is at a current sublease point with a team of three part time physical therapists and one part time physical therapy assistant. We range from 35-45 visits w/ anticipated growth due to increase in therapist availability. Currently at 15-19k months w/ low overhead, 60/40 Cash/Insurance.
I am hoping to learn more about digital advertising and increasing cash based services. Hoping to increase Team 35-45 weekly visits to 120-150 between therapists. Tripling current 15-19k monthly income and hoping to open gym by July.
