Oops did these backwards 😅 1. Biggest Takeaway: Wow, the training read me. Part of the reason I joined this community is that I’m looking certainty in my next steps. 2. Biggest Concern: If starting a practice right after getting my certified is the right choice. Should I have real world experience first?

Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is Have to take a leap of faith, and know that an outcome is a reflection of effort. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is My biggest challenge was time, as I had a full time PT position while beginning my private practice. I have now let go of my full time PT position and have rearranged my schedule to allow for more growth. I as well have built a team of three other therapists ready to leave their full time positions as long as I can increase weekly visits.

Hi there everyone, I am a physical therapist from El Paso Tx forming a Cash Pay / Insurance based model w/ BCBS & UH with in the Dallas Metroplex focusing on Plano-Frisco-McKinney region. My practice is at a current sublease point with a team of three part time physical therapists and one part time physical therapy assistant. We range from 35-45 visits w/ anticipated growth due to increase in therapist availability. Currently at 15-19k months w/ low overhead, 60/40 Cash/Insurance. I am hoping to learn more about digital advertising and increasing cash based services. Hoping to increase Team 35-45 weekly visits to 120-150 between therapists. Tripling current 15-19k monthly income and hoping to open gym by July.

Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is Success is built on systems and clear revenue generating strategies to know what to expect as opposed to hoping the next month will be better. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is Building the systems. Templates, scripts and systems have never been something I’ve been good at utilizing.
