Sky high Cholesterol
Hello, carnivores.
I'm 47 years old and four months into this carnivore thing. I started because I suffered from bad digestion and inverted psoriasis.
So long I' ve dropped 7kg and my digestion is next to perfect.
A week ago I had blood work done. Yesterday my doctor called me, telling me to change to a equilibrated diet asap.
Cholesterol's sky high and - in her words - my kidney's protesting hard.
Anyone had similar experiences?
