Carnivore Recipes 🥓
Pork Shoulder Roast
Recipe
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs pork shoulder (bone-in or boneless)
2 tbsp pork lard or tallow
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the pork shoulder with salt all over.
Heat lard in a large skillet and sear the pork shoulder on all sides until golden brown.
Transfer to a roasting pan and cook in the oven for 4-5 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls apart.
Shred the pork and serve with its own juices.
