Hey everyone! 👋
I wanted to see what you all are doing!
I’ve been chatting with some of you in the community and on IG, and I’ve realized we’re not all 100% carnivore here—some of us are carnivore, keto, or even ketovore! Which is pretty cool!
For me personally, I’m 100% carnivore because I feel my absolute best the lower I go on carbs. When I’m at zero carbs, I shine and feel unstoppable. 💪
I’m different from most carnivores. I don’t follow this diet out of hate for plants or fruit—I do it because it’s simple to maintain, helps me lose fat effortlessly, my love for meat, and makes me feel incredible during workouts. Honestly, I feel like I’m 20 years old again! LOL
I just don't need carbs personally...
That said, I also work with clients who follow a more ketovore-ish approach, staying under 20-30 grams of carbs. They’re still fat-adapted, thriving, and crushing their goals. They just want a little flexibility in their lives.
No matter which path you follow—carnivore, keto, or ketovore—the main goal is the same:
- Get into ketosis
- Become fat-adapted
- Reap the benefits
To me these ways of eating are like cousins—they share the same foundation, but the approach can vary based on your goals or health needs. For example:
- If you’re managing certain health conditions, strict carnivore might be best.
- If weight loss with some flexibility is your focus, keto could be the way to go.
I’d love to hear what you are all doing!
