Berberine
So after taking this 1200mg of berberine I decided yesterday not to take it
It’s supposed to help you lower A1C but having to run to the bathroom 💥🧨🌋Just not able to be doing that as I’m a school bus driver!!
Just got to the place where I was over the upset stomach and I put myself back into an uncomfortable place
I’m afraid to eat
