Are there any cheap ways to get all your fat in?

Lately, my appetite has massively decreased.

Not sure why, but it's usually because I don't have enough fat.

So to increase my fat,

I could stuff my face with butter, but I feel like that would just be disgusting.

My other option is beef tallow.

But i's too expensive.

So any ideas?
