Hi everyone! I just wanted to post about my experience at the November 2025 retreat with Coach Jeff. I am no longer paralyzed with fear when entering a pool. I am comfortable with being in the water, being underwater and holding my breath. With Coach Jeff's help, I have a solid foundation upon which to further build my swimming capabilities. Coach never let me give up on myself. He helped me develop mechanisms to manage mental obstacles both in and out of the water. I feel like a whole new realm of possibilities is opening for me now with regards to participating in water activities with my family, friends and when I travel. It is one of the greatest gifts.
