The free Honest Back Guide gives you the judgment: the safety check, how hard to push, and which tier you are in. The Back Rebuild Programme gives you the plan.
It follows the book's three tiers, Calm, Rebuild and Strong, week by week inside each one: what to do, how much, when to move up, and what to do when a flare interrupts. Rebuild runs sixteen weeks, because programmes sustained that long tend to do better. Self-checks tell you when you are ready for the next tier and when to see someone in person. Four troubleshooting lessons cover the common stalls: a flare in the middle of the programme, a movement you are afraid of, leg pain that will not settle, and a plateau.
IS IT FOR YOU?
It is for you if you have been through the safety check with nothing on the urgent lists, you have a doctor or physiotherapist you can contact, and you want a clear plan for rebuilding between appointments.
It is not the right fit if anything on the emergency or 24-to-72-hour lists applies to you, or if you are pregnant and have not yet had your obstetric provider's go-ahead. Sort those first.
