• Decide on your business name• Form your business entity (LLC, Corporation, etc.)• Obtain your EIN from the IRS• Open a business bank account• Create a professional email address• Create a professional voicemail• Obtain any required state or local business licenses
✅ If You ALREADY Have a Business:
Ask yourself:
• Is my business active and in good standing?• Is my address current?• Is my website professional and up to date?• Do I have a business email (not a personal email)?• Do my services and products clearly match what I want to sell?• Do I know my NAICS codes?• Is my capability statement started?• Are my business licenses current?
