One thing that has helped me is exactly what you’re doing—taking each email, request, or issue one step at a time and using AI to help translate the information into plain language. It doesn’t replace the process, but it can certainly help make it more understandable and less intimidating. The key is not to get discouraged. Every challenge teaches us something new, and each step forward builds confidence.
