Virtual Assistants
Hey peeps!
Fortunately, I'm at the point where I need to hire an assistant. No complaints! I'm not sure if I want to go with a virtual assistant versus an intern in the US.
I'd love to get thoughts from the community on pros and cons of going with a virtual assistant versus someone state-side.
I know cost is major trade-off. But I'm interested in your experience with communication, coordination, and collaboration.
