Hey everyone, I'm Tudor and I help software engineers master technical skills and excel in communication and collaboration, paving the way for career advancement and leadership opportunities.
I started this journey after getting laid off as a Director of Engineering who loved to uplevel my reports careers. I want to be able to bring this change to a larger group of people. My biggest challenge is getting to a point where I'm having conversations with potential leads and I'm here to collaborate and learn from all of you!
