Hi guys - if anyone is new to this one, have a look:
Do follow Jeremy if you don't already ;)
My take on this: Super smart, and we're only seeing the Windows 95 version of AI in Career Coaching. In less than 5 years, we'll see the MacBook Pros of it - It will get a lot more sophisticated, more resourceful and user-friendly. The one thing it may not replace so quickly is the moral and emotional support people need to get out of the misery that is job searching. Confidence levels reduced to nothing, anxiety, fear, the incredible difficulty that is to pull yourself back up after rejections, etc. Will we be less "follow my methods and get a job in X days" and become AI-powered job search facilitators with a focus on mental health?🤔
Keen to hear you all :)
