From Audience to Family: Showing Up for Each Other
Some of y’all treat community like Netflix. You log in, watch what you want, and log out. But here’s the truth—Career Forward isn’t a show. It’s family.
The Bible says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” (Proverbs 27:17). That only works if we’re showing up for each other, not just sitting in the back row with popcorn.
This space works best when we laugh together, pray together, ask bold questions, and celebrate each win like it’s our own. You don’t need perfect words or polished answers—just your presence.
So this week, I dare you: don’t just be an audience member. Be a builder. Drop a comment, share a resource, or cheer someone on. You might be the iron that sharpens someone else today.
What’s one way you’ll show up for the community this week?
