Help ⚠️ I’m loosing $1.5k a day because I fired 2 agents.
Terminated a couple agents last week and now we’re missing 30-40 calls a day from people who saw our ad about final expense and called in to get help.
I’m open to negotiate a good split or offer with anyone who can take some calls and get them signed on a policy. Our close rate is 30-50% and CPA is $74 across the whole agency. If you know anyone who’d be interested, you can Dm me.
